Using Flowfinity software, Hank's Plumbing customized a work order management system that keeps track of inventory, customers, invoicing, dispatched calls, and information about the commercial buildings they service.
Field technicians can access the system and input data from mobile forms within the Flowfinity app on their smartphones. This has sped up the invoicing process and eliminated the need to interpret and enter handwritten invoices into the system.

Staff at the office enter work orders and dispatch calls directly to field technicians' smartphones using Flowfinity. Overall, the amount of administrative time surrounding each service call has been reduced. This has allowed Hank's Plumbing to respond to customer requests faster and increase the number of closed calls per day.
