Environmental Consultancy Hemmera Streamlines Field Data Collection and Geomatics with Flowfinity Mobile Forms

New case study from Flowfinity Wireless reveals how Hemmera significantly increased the productivity of field operations with a mobile data collection platform

VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 12, 2014 - Flowfinity Wireless Inc. today released a new case study featuring Hemmera. This environmental consultancy successfully improved productivity and customer service by replacing paper forms with a mobile data collection platform for field studies.

Prior to using Flowfinity, Hemmera's multi-disciplinary professionals were spending several hours each week on post field work data entry and reporting, and real-time data was not available from the field. Now, field data is entered directly into Flowfinity iPad forms and can be submitted immediately. This has reduced the administrative time required to process the data and generate reports, and enables Hemmera to provide real-time updates to clients.

When selecting a mobile solution, Hemmera needed an agile platform that would allow its data management team to quickly create and deploy apps for a wide range of projects such as soil remediation, wildlife mapping and marine surveys.
