Flowfinity Client App Privacy Policy
Introduction
Flowfinity Wireless Inc. (“Flowfinity”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the steps we take to protect your personal information when you use Flowfinity Client app (the “App”) with Flowfinity Actions server operated by your organization. It describes the ways we collect, use, and manage the information collected by the App. By using the App you accept all the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
Our Collection and Use of Information
You can use the App without entering any personal information. No personally identifiable information, such as your name or email address, is automatically collected during operation.
You may connect the App to the Flowfinity Actions server of your choosing operated by your organization. In this case the App will relay the information that you collect with the app to that server managed by your organization.
Certain forms configured by your organization administrator that manages the Flowfinty Actions server being accessed by the App may ask you for personal information to service a request or an operation that you have initiated. This information may include:
- contact details (including name, phone number, email address, etc.);
- device GPS location;
- login information;
- on device photos and files; and
- audio or video content.
Certain non-personal information is recorded by the App, such as navigation history or preferences selected, as well as diagnostics information and logs, in order to enhance your use of the App.
Personal information provided to App on a voluntary basis is only stored on the App briefly for the purpose of securely transmitting it to the server-based database hosted by your organization which has provided you with the login to their server where it may be used for any other operational purposes required by your organization that hosts and operates Flowfinity Actions.
Flowfinity or the App does not share this information with any other entity.
Flowfinity does not have access to the data collected neither during the time it is stored on the device in the App nor in the Flowfinity Actions hosted by your organization. The only exception to this is when the App connects to the trial server hosted by Flowfinity and located at https://try.flowfinity.com/, which allows to try Flowfinity Actions functionality for a limited trial period during which data is securely stored in Flowfinity hosted database and after the end of the trial period the data is automatically erased no later than 90 days after the trial has ended.
By providing the personal information to the App, you agree and consent to the collection, use and/or transfer of such information by the App for the purposes stated above.
Right to Information
You have the right to ask Flowfinity for information about what personal data is being collected by the App connected to Flowfinity trial server and how it is being used. If you want to make such a request, please please contact us.
Right to Erasure
To the extent that Flowfinity has control over your data, you can request that your personal data is deleted by contacting us.
We will respond to the request within 30 days.
Security
The security of your personal information is very important to us. Flowfinity has put in place industry standard technical and organizational measures designed to secure your information from unauthorized interception, access, use, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Flowfinity may occasionally update this privacy policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page and the effective change date will be specified.
Flowfinity reserves the right to:
- modify, alter, or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time; and
- disclose any information in an individual's account in order to satisfy any law, regulation or government request or in any legal proceeding if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to site operation, or to protect the rights or property of Flowfinity and its users, sponsors, providers, licensors or merchants, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities, including, without limitation, in order to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with, either intentionally or unintentionally, such rights or property.
